15 August – barbecue and typical Apulian dishes on the pool
Live preparation by the pool:
- Orecchiette alla crudaiola
- Schiacciata of semolina stuffed with grilled sliced beef, rocket pesto and caciocavallo cream
- Turmeric sandwich with barbecue-seared octopus, poor-style courgettes and stracciatella
Side dishes buffet:
- Grilled vegetables
- Gratin vegetables
- Apulian cialledda
- Potato gâteau and capocollo
- Mixed salads (green, radicchio, olives, tomatoes, barattieri, carrots)
- Ash potatoes
- French fries
- Tomato meatballs
- Cous cous with seasonal vegetables
A glass of wine per person is included, chosen from:
