The great evening events at Masseria Villa Cenci in Cisternino continue.
On Sunday 20 August 2023, starting from 7.30 pm, the Aperol Spritz will be the star of the evening, prepared in all its variations for a music party with many tastings in the gardens and by the pool of the farm.
The event will begin at 7.30 pm with typical Apulian specialties prepared live in various stations along the route to be combined with the spritz and live music by Reventi.
The food tastings that we will experience together during the evening:
mini burger with crispy swordfish, mint mayonnaise and courgettes
frisa with red tuna cheesecake and basil mousse
aubergine and scamorza bombette with tomato coulis and scamorza cream
